charming stay near king's cross

great location luggage storage good wifi helpful staff
The location is fantastic. I found it easy to walk to king's cross. i could leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out, super convenient. the wifi worked well, so i could stay connected. the staff were helpful.
the rooms got quite hot, and there was limited control over the temperature.

fantastic stay!

quiet location helpful staff luggage storage
The location is quiet (i really loved that!). the staff was super helpful. They gave clear explanations of the hotel services. i also really appreciated being able to leave my luggage after checkout. This saved me from paying for storage at the station.
the hotel did not have a lift which was not ideal with heavy luggage.

i found the breakfast really good with a fantastic buffet. everything was fresh and well presented it seemed. the staff were really good and went out of their way to help, they were so kind. the hotel is super clean and very comfortable.
the basement room had very little air, the window didn't open far!

the location was amazing, a five-minute walk to the underground! the hotel staff was helpful. my room was super clean and clean. breakfast included a delicious variety of options!
the hotel could benefit from some soundproofing, as noise from neighboring rooms was slightly noticeable.

convenient location friendly staff fresh breakfast
i stayed at the hotel for four nights and found it quite comfortable. the location was indeed convenient, close to both russell square underground station and kings cross. the staff were very friendly and readily provided assistance whenever i needed it. breakfast offered fresh and well-prepared items, including options for vegetarian and vegan diets.
The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear neighbors easily.

The breakfast smelled wonderful. The aroma wafted throughout the hotel each morning. A cot was available for my baby. That proved very convenient for us. The staff was polite and sincere in their mannerisms.. that's always appreciated.
The basement room was noisy. I heard every sound, including underground trains. That ruined any chance of a lie-in.
